Social Media Manager

1. Social Media Manager is responsible to lead and grow our social media presence.

2. The ideal person must be an excellent storyteller, as they will be the voice of Crimsoune Club on various social media channels.

3. Responsible for the day-to-day management of our various social media properties, responding to requests from followers, engaging with influencers, and so on.

1. Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
2. Create and share engaging content daily, including graphics and videos, and curate relevant news with the help of Graphic designers.
3. Create editorial calendars to distribute content through owned and earned channels.
4. Continuously improve by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
6. Collaborate with local city teams to manage our reputation, extract content from local events, and coordinate team strategies.
7. Build relationships with industry influencers through twitter and LinkedIn.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will need to work Directly in conjunction with the contracted Media agency.
