This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Kolkata Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content for social media posts, conducting social media optimization (SMO), and monitoring social media metrics. The role involves collaborating with various teams to align social media activities with the overall marketing strategy and ensuring consistent branding across all social media platforms.

Qualifications

Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in developing Content Strategies for social media
Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using social media management tools
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
