Track performance using analytics, learn what works, and suggest new ways to improve reach and interaction.
Collaborate with the communications and field teams to plan campaigns and bring fresh storytelling ideas to life.

Requirements:

24 years of proven experience managing social media for an organisation or brand.
Strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and visual aesthetics.
Skilled in content creation photo, video, and basic editing.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple teams.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across India.
Based in or open to relocating to Goa; hybrid work options available.

Bonus:

Experience in public health, animal welfare, or social impact campaigns.
