Job Description

What You'll Do:

Interpret and dissect creative briefs with clarity and vision.
Act as the bridge between clients and our creative team — ensuring timelines, feedback, and expectations are aligned.
Ideate and collaborate on campaign concepts with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Turn insights into scroll-stopping content ideas across platforms.
Spot trends early and weave them into brand narratives.
Plan and execute content shoots for short-form videos when needed.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize content based on performance metrics.
Manage multiple deadlines with a sense of calm (we respect realistic timelines).

What You Must Have:

1–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content execution, and community building
Experience in brainstorming and collaborating with creatives — art directors, copywriters, strategists
How to plan, shoot, and optimize short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
Familiarity with reading and analyzing social media metrics — and using insights to guide next steps
Ability to juggle timelines, stay calm under pressure, and still keep the creative quality high
Proven experience working in an agency setup (you know the drill — multiple clients, fast turnarounds, and good vibes)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
