Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and grow presence across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos).
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful customer relationships.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Manage paid social campaigns (ads, promotions, boosting posts).
Stay updated with algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
Ability to design simple creatives (Canva/Photoshop or similar tools).
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
