Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and drive website traffic
Creating and publishing original content, managing and engaging with the audience, and measuring and analyzing the success of social media campaigns
Should have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin
Design the
entire marketing funnel
(Awareness Conversion Loyalty) using GenAI
Build/deploy AI agents/ AI solution for: Competitor research , Customer segmentation , Creative generation , LinkedIn + Email + WhatsApp Automation
Should be familiar with Social Media advertising, analytics tools, and marketing techniques
Community & referral loop setup:

Use advanced tools
Build
adaptive dashboards
that learn from data
Collaborate with Product, Growth & Founders to drive outcomes
Stay ahead of trends
in AI marketing

Qualifications & Skills:

Postgraduate/ MBA from a reputed B-school
2-3 years of experience managing social media
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short video formats, and hooks that drive engagement.
Excellent writing skills in simple, relatable English & Hindi
Basic familiarity with Canva or simple design tools to make quick edits.
