Working Days: MondayFriday (plus 1 Working Saturday in a month)

We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about social media, content innovation, analytics, and brand growth—this role is for you.

Role Overview

The Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of social media initiatives across all platforms. The ideal candidate should bring strong creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing multiple social channels for B2B brands or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and edit engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, carousels, short-form posts, and stories.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee daily operations of social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
  • Manage publishing, scheduling, and real-time posting as required.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster active community engagement.
  • Build relationships with followers, potential clients, and industry communities.
  • Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a detailed content calendar for posts, campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and product teams for aligned execution.
  • Drive follower growth through targeted content strategies and outreach initiatives.
  • Identify collaboration or partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing (B2B or technology domain preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of content creation (reels, graphics, posts, video edits, campaigns).
  • Expertise with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting & performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience managing US-based or global brand pages.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and synergy with digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead-generation workflows.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
