Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media activities, including content creation, implementing content strategies, and optimizing social media performance (Social Media Optimization - SMO). Daily responsibilities include strategizing for better audience engagement, analyzing campaign performance, and crafting compelling posts to grow a strong social media presence.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth
Strong skills in Communication and Writing for clear, engaging messaging aimed at diverse audiences
Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Proficiency in leveraging analytics to track and improve social media performance
Manage Facebook & Instagram ads, optimize targeting, budget, and creatives for higher ROI using data insights.
Track performance via Meta Insights & Google Analytics; report key metrics and optimize based on trends.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging social media tools/platforms
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in managing social media for brands or organizations is advantageous
