About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Posting: Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. 2. Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and queries promptly. Engage with followers and build a strong online community of parents and caregivers. 3. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and suggest improvements based on insights. 4. Collaboration: Coordinate with educators and staff to highlight classroom activities, achievements, and upcoming programs. 5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns for events, admissions, and promotions 6. On-Site Content Capture: Visit both Prabhadevi and Thane branches regularly to shoot daily activities, events, and behind-the-scenes moments 7. Social Media Strategy: Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal themes. 8. Brand Aesthetics & Voice: Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and messaging that reflects the warm, playful, and nurturing environment of Giggles Activity Centre. Location Flexibility: Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel between Prabhadevi and Thane branches as required. 2. Experience with Social Media Tools: Familiarity with tools like Canva, InShot, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps. 3. Photography & Videography Skills: Comfortable with using a smartphone or camera to shoot high-quality images and videos in a childcare setting. 4. Creative Thinker: Ability to come up with fun, engaging, and brand-appropriate content ideas regularly. 5. Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English; Hindi or Marathi is a plus for local content engagement. 6. Passion for Early Childhood Education: Should enjoy being around children and understand the tone and sensitivity required when capturing their moments. 7. Time Management: Ability to stick to posting schedules and deliver content within tight timelines. 8. Availability: Should be available 5–6 days a week, preferably full-time, for 3–6 months.
