Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to handle our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and manage engaging content, build community interaction, track performance, and grow brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos).
• Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to optimize content performance.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Ability to plan content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
