As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. - Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools to measure KPIs like website traffic, conversions, and ROI. - Managing and maintaining social media accounts by scheduling content, posting updates, and engaging with the community. - Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Optimizing website content and applying SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings. - Creating compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital channels. - Collaborating with design, content, and development teams to create assets for digital campaigns. - Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies. - Assisting in managing paid advertising campaigns like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including budget management and performance tracking. - Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders. - Supporting the overall marketing strategy and contributing innovative ideas to enhance digital marketing efforts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, encompassing social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. - Strong communication and copywriting skills. - Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS would be advantageous. - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus. - Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
