Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients communication and branding objectives.
• Manage social media presence for Govt./PSU clients across platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Coordinate with internal creative, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact digital campaigns.
• Create, review, and publish engaging content that drives awareness, participation, and positive sentiment.
• Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize content and ensure measurable results.
• Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices to introduce innovative ideas and formats.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with attention to tone, clarity, and visual aesthetics.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Understanding of Govt./PSU communication protocols and experience handling official accounts or campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing Govt./PSU social media accounts or large-scale digital campaigns.
• Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of paid campaign management, influencer collaborations, and content optimization best practices.
