As a Social Media Manager for D2C Brands, you will play a crucial role in managing brand presence across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include content creation, community engagement, social media strategy, analytics, and account management to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Own end-to-end brand handling on all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity. - Develop and implement a data-driven social media and content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives. - Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns. - Conceptualize, plan, and execute UGC shoots, coordinating with creators, influencers, and internal teams. - Create detailed content briefs for designers, videographers, and creators to ensure high-quality output. - Manage and expand social media communities by actively engaging with comments, DMs, and mentions. - Collaborate with performance marketing teams to synchronize organic content with paid campaigns. - Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance and engagement. - Monitor, analyze, and report content performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly. - Efficiently handle multiple brand accounts while upholding quality, consistency, and timelines. - Work closely with design and marketing teams to launch campaigns and brand initiatives. - Ensure timely execution of campaigns, festivals, launches, and moment marketing activities. ###Skills Required: - Strong content creation and copywriting skills. - Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Insights). - Excellent understanding of community management and engagement strategies. - Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations. - Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. ###Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Experience of 24 years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. - Portfolio demonstrating previous social media campaigns or content creation is highly desirable.
