Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across various platforms, develop compelling content, and engage with our audience. The candidate will also be responsible for managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and meeting key performance metrics. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys overall marketing goals. Manage, monitor, and grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others relevant to our audience. Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) tailored for different platforms. Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, and adjust strategies for better engagement and conversion. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships to increase brand loyalty. Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. Write copy for social media posts that are in line with the brand voice and engage potential customers. Stay updated with current social media trends and adjust content plans accordingly. Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external digital marketing and creative agencies. Coordinate with agencies to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals, objectives, and timelines. Oversee the execution of paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and other social media initiatives managed by the agency. Evaluate agency performance and provide feedback for optimization. Manage budget allocations for social media campaigns in collaboration with the agency, ensuring maximum ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) and provide insights to optimize campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and third-party software for performance tracking. Provide monthly and quarterly reports to management with recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with experience managing agencies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns. Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads etc.). Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Job Location : Chembur - 6 days working (Hybrid 3-3)
