As a Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice and visual storyteller of ButterCo across all digital platforms. From conceptualizing creative campaigns to executing daily posts, you'll manage everything that makes our brand shine online.

You'll work directly with the Founders to build engaging, trend-driven content and drive meaningful community growth.

• Social Media Strategy: Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Design posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that reflect ButterCo's aesthetic (minimal, clean, and premium).
• Copywriting & Captioning: Write engaging captions, hashtags, and hooks for social media posts and reels.
• Reel Ideation & Execution: Stay updated with trends, create UGC-style and brand reels, and coordinate shoot requirements when needed.
• Scheduling & Posting: Manage daily posting, engagement, and consistency using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Community Management: Respond to DMs, comments, and collaborate with followers and influencers to build strong engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze growth metrics, engagement rates, and report monthly insights to improve performance.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in running paid ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launch content.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency (Beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and algorithms
• Excellent written & visual communication skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
