Role Summary

Social Media & B2B Marketing Executive

This role goes beyond regular social media posting.

You will:

  • Create professional B2B content
  • Write technical posts about our products & industries
  • Manage corporate communication
  • Support exhibition marketing
  • Drive industry outreach
  • Position HR Polycoats as a reliable, credible supplier in our sectors

Freshers and interns with strong communication and writing skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B LinkedIn Marketing (Primary Responsibility)
  • Plan, create, and post

    2-4 LinkedIn posts per week

  • Write clear, professional content suitable for procurement heads, OEMs, and business buyers
  • Post on: H.R. Polycoats LinkedIn Company Page
  • Leadership Profile(s) (under guidance)
  • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and inbound queries
  • Develop the company's positioning as a quality-focused and innovation-driven manufacturer
2. Corporate Communication
  • Design and publish

    festival greetings

    , milestone posts, awards, achievements, employee spotlights
  • Improve brand perception with consistent visuals and messaging
  • Maintain a professional, clean brand voice
3. Technical & Product-Based Content Creation

A. Write posts explaining:

  • Different materials: synthetic leather, PVC/PU, suede, nonwoven, velvet
  • Features (abrasion, GSM, coatings, textures, finishes)
  • Applications (automotive seat covers, footwear, furnishings, bags, etc.)

4. Industry-Focused Marketing

  • Automotive interior materials
  • Footwear uppers & lining
  • Furniture & upholstery
  • Bags & accessories
  • Industrial applications (gloves, laminations, etc.)
  • Export opportunities

5. Exhibition & Trade Show Marketing

For any exhibitions we participate in:

  • Pre-event marketing posts (announcement, product highlights)
  • During-event updates (booth activity, visitors, photos)
  • Post-event summaries (leads, outcomes, highlights)
  • Support in creating brochures, posters, basic stand content, etc.
6. Outreach & Lead Support
  • Identify relevant B2B contacts on LinkedIn
  • Send connection requests and professional introduction messages
  • Share catalogues and follow-up politely (guided by management)
  • Maintain a simple

    lead log

    and interaction tracker
7. Content Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare a

    monthly content calendar

  • Maintain an organized content library
  • Track analytics: followers, reach, engagement, lead conversions
  • Create short monthly reports highlighting progress and suggestions
What We're Looking For

  • Can understand technical topics
  • Understanding of LinkedIn as a

    professional B2B platform

  • Ability to research and learn technical information
  • Basic Canva/design skills to create clean, corporate posts
  • Interest in manufacturing, textiles, automotive, or industrial marketing
  • Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end execution
  • Freshers & interns who are confident writers are welcome

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in

    Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, English, Journalism

  • Students currently pursuing their degree may apply for internships
