Role & Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Viral Content Strategy

  • Spearhead

    the creation of daily, trend-driven content for maximum organic reach and virality across key platforms (Instagram Reels/Stories, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Long-form, and LinkedIn).
  • Develop and manage

    a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and real-time cultural moments.

2. High-Impact Ad Creative Conceptualization (Conversion Focused)

  • Ideate and develop

    innovative, high-performing ad creative ideas for both video (short-form, narrative, tutorial) and static posts.
  • Drive

    Meta Ad Creative (Facebook/Instagram) ideation and optimization, with a primary focus on maximizing conversion rates.
  • Generate

    concepts and scripts for authentic User-Generated Content (UGC) style ads that are native to the platform experience.

3. Founder-Led & Thought-Leadership Content

  • Work directly

    with the founder(s) to script and manage the production of authentic, thought-leadership, and behind-the-scenes content that builds brand authority and connection.

4. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, vet, and develop

    detailed creative briefs for influencer collaborations to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
  • Write

    compelling scripts and comprehensive content guidelines for all influencers and external collaborators.

5. PR & Integrated Campaign Support

  • Contribute

    creative assets and ideas to support major PR campaigns and product launches, ensuring a unified and cohesive look and feel across all digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A self-starter with a finger on the pulse of internet culture and emerging social trends.
  • Proven track record of driving

    organic growth

    and

    measurable paid ad performance

    (e.g., high CTR, low CPA).
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills tailored for short-form video and ad captions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative production, from concept to final edit.
