Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and content vision.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
• Research trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Content Creation

• Conceptualize and produce original content (reels, shorts, stories, carousels, posts, YouTube snippets, etc.).
• Write captions, scripts, and hooks tailored for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the team for shoots while also being comfortable creating self-shot content when required.

Community Building & Engagement

• Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions.
• Build and nurture an online community by fostering conversations and collaborations.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators to expand reach.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth).
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Use data to experiment and improve future content strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Skilled in content creation: ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong execution ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month
