Social Media Key Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Social Media Key Account Manager at Trumpet Media, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, strategic thinking, and ensuring seamless execution of creative campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and long-term relationships while acting as a strategic partner. - Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to meet their goals. - Manage the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, creating timelines, tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, media, tech) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Translate client goals into actionable briefs, develop campaign plans, and track performance through regular reports and presentations. - Be the voice of the client within the agency, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure quality control across client-facing outputs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital agency. - Exceptional communication skills with a strategic mindset. - Understanding of digital marketing and creative processes. - Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a "get things done" attitude.
