Role & Responsibilities

As a Social Media Strategist Intern, you will :

• Research and implement growth strategies for personal branding accounts (LinkedIn & Instagram).
• Analyze platform algorithms, trends, and engagement metrics to optimize reach and visibility.
• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and execution for personal branding campaigns.
• Track analytics and prepare weekly reports on account growth and performance.
• Experiment with new strategies (hooks, hashtags, engagement methods) to increase organic reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithm changes and best practices.
• Provide creative inputs for storytelling, profile optimization, and engagement tactics.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms.
• Proven interest or prior experience in personal branding and content growth.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Notion, Buffer, or similar scheduling/analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns in engagement and reach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow in a startup environment.

Stipend
