Role Description

(On-Site).

The Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, working on video production projects, and creating creative video edits.

The day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, producing video content, and collaborating with the design team to create engaging visual content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Typography
• Strong command over Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Experience in creating graphics, typography animations, explainer visuals and transitions
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, color theory, and visual rhythm
• Ability to edit and animate for different formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.)
• Deep understanding of social media trends, hooks, and retention strategies
• Knows how to design content that stops the scroll attention grabbing first 3 seconds
• Can translate brand identity into visual storytelling through motion
• Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with the content, strategy, and editing teams

Bonus Skills (Add On) :

• Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender / Cinema4D / Element 3D)
• Familiarity with sound design and syncing visuals to beats
• Experience with brand videos, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
• Awareness of current visual trends in Reels, YouTube, and advertisements
