The Role : We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Strategist to help our founder clients shine online. You’ll develop strategies, create engaging content, optimize social platforms, and reach out to potential leads to grow our brand and client base. What You’ll Do : • Create and execute social media strategies tailored for founders. • Curate, design, and manage engaging content across platforms. • Optimize social media channels to increase visibility and influence. • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results. • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging. • Outreach to potential leads and grow our client network. • Stay updated on personal branding, social media, and digital marketing trends. What We’re Looking For: • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and SMO. • Strong communication and public relations skills. • Experience in content strategy development and execution. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Analytical mindset to track and improve social performance. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team. • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
