About the Role:

Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Intern/Junior Level) who is passionate about design, trends, and storytelling through digital media. The ideal candidate will assist in building our online presence, designing engaging content, and managing social media campaigns that reflect the creativity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels using Canva or other design tools.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Edit videos and short-form content suitable for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and academic teams for event promotions and campus highlights.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short copies for campaigns and daily posts.
• Monitor audience engagement, trends, and analytics to improve content performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools (CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush), and social media trends.
• Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A degree or background in Design, Media, Marketing, or Communication is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,747.42 - ₹21,812.03 per month
