Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in executing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.
• Monitor ad performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and engagement
• Research and apply relevant hashtags, trends, and digital marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency
• Manage audience engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow community reach
• Prepare daily performance reports and suggest optimization strategies

Requirements:

• Fresher or Experienced – Both can apply
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing tools
• Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
• Creative mindset and analytical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Immediate Joiner
