This role involves identifying and filtering influencers, building strong collaborations, and finalizing partnerships for video content. The influencer-generated content will be repurposed into high-performing ad creatives, so the ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with creativity. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, shortlist, and filter influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience. Negotiate and finalize influencer collaborations for campaigns. Brief influencers with creative directions and ensure content quality meets brand standards. Coordinate timelines, content deliverables, and approvals. Collaborate with the marketing and design team to adapt influencer videos into ad creatives. Track performance of influencer content and optimize for future campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with creators to build a reliable influencer network. Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends. Creative eye for content that resonates with audiences and performs as ads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously. Prior experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or creative strategy is preferred.
