Social Media Influencer

International Skills Club (ISC) is seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy Social Media Influencer to represent our brand and inspire students aged 9–16 across India and abroad. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive student registrations by showcasing ISC’s mission of developing future-ready skills among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Promotion

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and educational social media content aligned with ISC’s brand voice and mission.
• Create videos, reels, shorts, stories, and posts highlighting ISC activities, events, workshops, student success stories, and unique offerings.
• Participate in online and offline ISC events and create promotional coverage.

Audience Engagement

• Build and maintain strong connections with students, parents, educators, and followers across social media platforms.
• Respond to messages, comments, and queries to enhance brand presence and trust.
• Conduct live sessions, Q&A, polls, and challenges to boost engagement.

Marketing & Growth

• Drive student registrations, memberships, and participation in ISC programs and competitions.
• Collaborate with ISC marketing and creative teams to design campaigns, promotions, and online contests.
• Track trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to maximize content reach.

Brand Representation

• Act as an ambassador of ISC’s mission: “Nurturing young talents and equipping them with skills for a global future.”
• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating digital persona that aligns with the organization’s values.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, influencing, or public engagement on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional language(s).
• Strong storytelling ability and on-camera confidence.
• Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends and analytics.
• Passionate about youth development, education, science, and skills enhancement.
• Basic editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe tools) preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in followers/subscribers across ISC platforms.
• Engagement metrics: likes, comments, shares, watch time, and reach.
• Number of student registrations driven through influencer referral code.
• Quality and consistency of weekly content output.
