About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to manage our client's brand’s online presence, engage with their audience, and drive measurable growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media management, content creation, paid campaigns, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts).
• Manage and grow social media handles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build a strong community.
• Prepare monthly reports showcasing growth, reach, engagement, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager/Expert (2+ years preferred).
✔ Hands-on experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and analytics tools.✔ Strong knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management.
✔ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.✔ Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.✔ Creative thinker with attention to detail.
