Job Description: Social Media Executive

We are a 360-degree digital marketing agency managing brands across fashion, wellness, jewelry, lifestyle, and more. We specialize in social media management, performance marketing, website development, UGC, and WhatsApp marketing.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can strategize, manage, and grow brand presence across social media platforms. If you have a passion for content, trends, and engagement, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube accounts for various brands.
  • Content Planning: Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Respond to comments, DMs, and interact with followers to build an active and engaged community.
  • Content Execution: Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated on trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates to ensure brands stay relevant.
  • Ad Coordination: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Influencer & UGC Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with influencers and UGC creators for brand promotions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand role.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Content Strategy: Ability to develop brand-specific social media strategies.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking: Balance between creativity (content ideas, captions, engagement) and analytics (tracking KPIs, optimizing content).
  • Tools Expertise: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or scheduling tools like Hootsuite/Later.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work closely with content creators, designers, editors, and paid media teams.
