Job Responsibilities: Manage Our Customers social media accounts and post engaging content. Brainstorm and propose creative campaign ideas. Monitor social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. Analyze analytics to assess the success of social media campaigns. Understand the company’s overall concept, brand, customer goals, and product objectives. Engage with customers and clients, providing support and assistance as needed. Assist in creating performance reports for social media campaigns. Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance metrics. Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers. Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
