Social Media Executive

Role Overview
We are hiring a highly skilled Social Media Executive with strong hands on design capabilities and a technology first mindset. The ideal candidate is a Canva and Photoshop expert, confident in using AI tools for content generation and marketing support, or highly motivated to master them quickly. This role requires speed, visual intelligence, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Design

• Design high quality static posts, carousels, stories, and basic reel creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Maintain visual consistency across Tiny Girl, Barbie x Tiny Girl, and sub brand pages
• Create fast turnaround creatives for launches, sales, festive campaigns, and daily content
• Adapt creatives for reach, saves, clicks, and conversion without diluting brand aesthetics

AI Driven Content and Marketing Support

• Use AI tools for caption ideation, SEO keyword research, hashtag strategy, and trend analysis
• Support AI based image enhancement, background cleanups, mockups, and creative testing
• Actively explore and implement new AI tools relevant to social media and digital marketing

Social Media Execution

• Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the monthly and weekly content calendar
• Execute reels, static posts, carousels, and stories aligned with campaign objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams for assets, approvals, and timelines

Community Management and Brand Voice

• Manage DMs, comments, and customer interactions with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to Indian mothers shopping for girlswear
• Track audience feedback, FAQs, and sentiment and share insights with the team

Performance Tracking and Growth

• Monitor weekly metrics including reach, engagement, saves, profile visits, and link clicks
• Support high intent, SEO friendly caption writing for kidswear and fashion discovery
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve organic growth and content performance

Requirements

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing, or a demonstrated willingness to learn fast
• Basic understanding of reel editing tools and social media formats is an advantage

Creative and Professional Skills

• Strong visual sense and appreciation for premium fashion branding
• Excellent written English with clarity, tone control, and polish
• Highly organised, detail oriented, and deadline driven

Mindset and Work Ethic

• Tech curious, growth oriented, and execution focused
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high expectation environment
• Takes ownership, accountability, and feedback seriously
• Understands that strong content must drive both brand trust and sales

Job Specifications:

1) Ability to develop contents related to posts

2) Good writing and communication skills for blogging, vlogging.

3) Ability to handle all social media.

4) Having basic digital skills like adobe, canva, etc.

5) Working Days: Monday to Saturday

6) Working Hours: 10am to 7pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
