Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing and growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end social media strategy, content, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives, reels, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, followers, leads).
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta and other social platforms.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and online reputation management.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred).
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
