Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow Solino Homes social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, an understanding of home dcor aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging content aligned with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches¢ Create engaging reels, stories, static posts, and carousel content¢ Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form copy¢ Coordinate with photography, visual merchandising, and marketing teams¢ Manage posting schedules and ensure timely uploads¢ Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages¢ Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports¢ Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates¢ Support influencer collaborations and brand campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications:¢ 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive (home d©cor/textile/fashion preferred)¢ Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics¢ Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels and Stories¢ Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)¢ Understanding of social media analytics¢ Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills:¢ Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands¢ Knowledge of Shopify and Meta Business Suite¢ Basic video editing skills¢ Experience handling influencers or creators What We Offer:¢ Opportunity to work with an international home textile brand¢ Creative and collaborative work environment¢ Competitive salary as per industry standards¢ Career growth opportunities
