Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy and execution of companys LinkedIn presence, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing to align with practice priorities. Own the weekly and monthly social media calendar, collaborating closely with Energy Practice stakeholders to deliver timely and relevant content. Launch and manage new digital engagement initiatives such as LinkedIn group chats and targeted campaigns for publications and events. Optimize content performance for reach and impact, ensuring brand alignment and adherence to best practices for LinkedIn. Content Development & Design Support the creation of visually engaging social media assets for Energy Practice publications and campaigns, in line with brand standards. Coordinate the end-to-end publication process for whitepapers and LinkedIn articles, partnering with authors, editors, and design teams to ensure high-quality output. Internal Communications Manage internal communication channels (Haiilo and Slack), sharing the latest Energy insights, events, and publications with internal audiences. Develop and distribute practice-wide updates, newsletters, and announcements that support internal engagement and awareness. Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and publications, using data to inform continuous improvement and strategic adjustments. Prepare marketing dashboards and updates for leadership meetings and internal forums. What Youll Bring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media, internal communications, digital campaigns, and project coordination. Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in drafting content across formats and channels. High attention to detail and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Haiilo, Canva, Sprinklr, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe, ChatGPT is a strong plus. Youre Good At Translating strategy into action by developing and delivering high-quality, audience-centric marketing content and communications. Managing the marketing process from concept to completion while navigating complex stakeholder environments. Providing reliable and creative support to marketing campaigns, publication rollouts, and digital programs. Thinking analytically and using data to shape decisions and measure impact. Working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintaining high standards under pressure.
