Social Media Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Executive/Manager with 1–3 years of experience to plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and curate high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, captions).
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for best results.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement and inquiries.
• Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for consistent branding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to content coordination and reporting.
• Be comfortable and confident on camera for reels, video content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Requirements

• Above 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social trends, analytics tools, and ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines.
• Confident personality with ease in front of the camera.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) is a plus.
