Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive with proven experience in scaling Indian e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate can craft impactful strategies, manage content calendars, coordinate with creatives, create engaging reels, and confidently pitch to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies.
Create monthly content calendars and ensure timely approvals.
Coordinate with designers/editors, guiding creatives to match brand identity.
Ideate, shoot concepts, and create/edit basic reels and short-form videos.
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities.
Confidently pitch ideas and strategies to clients.
Track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Agency experience with Indian e-commerce brands (mandatory).
Proven record of growing brands from scratch on social media.
Ability to ideate and edit reels/videos at a basic level.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
Bonus: Influencer marketing, paid ads knowledge.
