Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive, creative individual to help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. You’ll support the full content lifecycle—from ideation and creation to scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis—while collaborating with our marketing and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and curate engaging content—copywriting, visuals, short videos—to support brand awareness and audience growth.
• Monitor brand engagement, respond to comments/messages promptly, and amplify user-generated content.
• Research trends and brainstorm ideas for timely, relevant content and campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, graphic design, and communications teams.
• Publish scheduled posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Track performance metrics and compile concise reports with insights and recommendations.
• Assist with influencer outreach, social media ads, and basic community management tasks.

Work Location: #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-560041

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
