Social Media Executive

As a digitally-savvy Social Media Executive at our company, your role will be to elevate our brand presence across various platforms. You will lead content creation, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand's aesthetic. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Social Media Management** - Own daily content planning, posting, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. - **Influencer & Creator Partnerships** - Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations for product launches and brand campaigns. - Track performance and ROI of influencer activations. - **Digital Campaigns & Paid Media** - Support the execution of paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) in collaboration with the performance marketing team. - Monitor KPIs and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions. - **Content Coordination** - Work with internal teams and external creators to develop high-impact visual and video content. - Brief and manage shoots, UGC, and seasonal storytelling. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in social media management and digital marketing. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Ability to analyze data to generate insights and drive optimizations.
