With a growing portfolio of luxury weddings, destination shoots, and pre-wedding films, we’re now looking for a dynamic Social Media Strategist / Executive to take our digital presence to the next level.

Job Description:

As our Social Media Strategist/Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. You will play a vital role in showcasing our work, engaging with our audience, and growing our brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content calendar and overall social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and goals.
• Plan, create, and post engaging photo, reel, carousel, and story content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Curate high-quality visuals and behind-the-scenes content from wedding shoots and events.
• Work closely with the photo/video editing team to ensure timely delivery of content for social media.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs that align with current trends and target audience behavior.
• Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and build an active online community.
• Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize performance and grow followers and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and wedding industry content styles.
• Collaborate with influencers, planners, and wedding vendors for cross-promotions and shout-outs.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Aesthetic sense for photography and storytelling — bonus if you're familiar with wedding content.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, InShot, or similar tools).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Bonus: Experience in reels creation, Instagram trends, and short-form video content.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Interest or experience in wedding industry or luxury brands.
