Job Role: Social Media Marketing Executive

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand tone and audience interests
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using insights & analytics tools, and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Manage day-to-day social media interactions, responding to comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve marketing goals
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of different social media platforms and their best practices
• Creative mindset with good design sense (Canva, Photoshop, or other tools preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
