Job Description

As a Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve working closely with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns for various clients. You will be responsible for brainstorming new and engaging campaign ideas, developing monthly content calendars for company brands, and monitoring analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. Additionally, you will provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes. Collaboration with the SEO and Ecomm. teams to create campaigns that add value to the entire process will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns. - Brainstorm new and engaging campaign ideas for various clients. - Develop monthly content calendars for company brands. - Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas and gauge the success of campaigns. - Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes. - Collaborate with the SEO and Ecomm. teams to create campaigns that add value to the entire process. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience of 2-3 years in the field of Social Media or Client Servicing. - Experience conducting research using multiple sources. - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. - Good spoken and written skills in English. - Proactive with ideas and strategy for campaigns and client projects. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
