Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our online presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community engagement, and social media optimization (SMO) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and set up new social media pages when required, aligned with brand identity.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant and optimized.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Work with the design and content teams to develop creative campaigns and strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Implement and track social media optimization (SMO) strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cross-promotion of company announcements, events, or campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
