Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, able to create engaging content, and capable of telling compelling stories that inspire travellers.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels/Shorts, and stories showcasing destinations, itineraries, and guest experiences.
• Write engaging captions, travel descriptions, and storytelling-based posts.
• Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Lightroom, or basic video editing apps.

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Post regularly across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style.
• Manage highlights, hashtags, and page optimisation.

Engagement & Community Handling

• Respond to comments, DMs, and queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with guests for travel photos, videos, testimonials, and UGC.
• Monitor reviews, tags, mentions, and collaborate with micro influencers when required.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track page and post performance (reach, engagement, growth).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Adjust strategy based on analytics and upcoming travel trends.

Campaign Management

• Assist in running paid promotions on Meta platforms.
• Support special campaigns for new packages, seasonal offers, and destination launches.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent photo/video creation and editing skills.
• Good copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of trending formats, hashtags, and social media best practices.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (boosting, targeting).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a content pipeline.
