Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Directors Social Media:

Develop and execute a personal branding strategy for Dr. Ashvin across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create and post engaging, thought-leadership content (e.g., posts, quotes, videos, blogs).
Coordinate with Dr. Ashvin to gather insights, achievements, or viewpoints to be translated into social media content.
Build and maintain a consistent voice and tone reflective of Dr. Ashvins personality and professional image.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed.

2. Hospitals Social Media (Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital):

Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Collaborate with the internal marketing team and doctors to develop campaigns for services, awareness days, patient stories, etc.
Create compelling visuals and captions to promote eye care services and innovations.
Monitor trends, analytics, and KPIs to continuously optimize performance.
Coordinate with external photographers/videographers or design teams as needed.

Required Skills

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for individuals and/or brands.
Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in healthcare/hospital branding is a plus.
