Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Marketing & Google Ads Executive to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across social platforms, develop effective marketing strategies, and manage client accounts to ensure maximum ROI. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns across search and display networks.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage day-to-day activities of client social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
• Design visually appealing social media creatives and ad graphics using Canva.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide data-driven insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients.
• Communicate proactively with clients to understand their goals and provide updates.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and advertising trends to ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, tools, and advertising policies.
• Hands-on experience with Canva or equivalent design tools for creating marketing visuals.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
• Degree/diploma in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields preferred.
