Social Media & E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a Social Media & E-Commerce Executive who can manage day-to-day digital communication, content creation and coordination for brand activities. The role requires creativity, attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content & Social Media

• Plan and ideate content for Instagram and Facebook
• Track ongoing trends and new reel formats
• Schedule daily posts and stories
• Write captions, hashtags and maintain brand tone of voice
• Monitor insights
• Research influencers
• Manage email marketing

B. Design & Graphics

• Create static posts, carousels and reel covers
• Design stories, banners, posters and promotional creatives
• Develop lookbooks, brochures and catalogue pages
• Edit and retouch product photos
• Make simple video edits for reels and ads
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva

C. Photoshoot & Asset Management

• Help plan and coordinate product shoots
• Assist with styling and setup on shoot day
• Take basic product photos/videos when required
• Edit photos for the website and catalogue
• Maintain and organize photo/video asset library

D. Creative Inputs

• Suggest new ideas for campaigns and organic content
• Work on reel concepts
• Design festival creatives and seasonal posts
• Plan content for collection launches and prepare mood boards

E. Coordination

• Coordinate with photographers, models, influencers and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns and launches

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media and graphic design (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva + Adobe Creative Suite
• Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook
• Strong communication, time management and coordination skills
