This role blends creativity with performance marketingideal for someone experienced in brand building, social media engagement, lead generation, and content creation. The right candidate should be strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Develop cohesive brand guidelines including logo usage, color palette, typography, and tone of voice. Assist in crafting the company's vision, mission, and unique value proposition.
- Social Media Management: Set up, optimize, and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Plan and execute content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics.
- Content Marketing: Research, write, and publish bi-weekly blog posts and monthly long-form articles. Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand messaging and industry trends.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute lead generation strategies across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and landing page funnels. Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Creative Asset Development: Design or oversee creation of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and digital ads. Ensure visual content aligns with branding.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO dashboards. Prepare monthly reports with insights and optimization strategies.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated success in running lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Solid grasp of social media strategy, engagement trends, and content development.
- SEO knowledge and experience with keyword tools like SEMrush or UberSuggest.
- Design and visual content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset and reporting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with B2B companies or startups.
- Ability to collaborate with design, sales, and development teams.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
- Copywriting skills tailored for performance marketing.
Working Hours
- 08:30 PM 05:30 AM (Mon-Fri), occasional weekend availability based on campaign needs.
- The candidate will be on probation for the initial three months, during which their performance will be gauged.
