What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow the Firstpost YouTube channel, ensuring all content aligns with platform rules and editorial guidelines.
• Plan and execute YouTube Lives, ensuring seamless broadcast quality and engaging editorial delivery.
• Create short clips and reels from long-form videos using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
• Handle video uploads and optimisation across multiple digital platforms for maximum reach and impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media or digital video production.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and community guidelines.
• Proficiency in Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools.
• A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom.
