🎯 Job Objective:We are looking for a creative and energetic person who can handle Facebook/Instagram content, edit short videos/Reels, and manage all social media activities 📱✨ Your role will help our company grow online through attractive posts, reels, and ads. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities:🎬 Create and edit short videos/Reels for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. 🖼️ Design graphics/thumbnails using Canva or similar tools. 📱 Manage social media pages (posting, replying, updating stories). 💡 Plan and create content ideas for weekly posts. 📊 Monitor engagement, respond to comments & messages. 📆 Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar. 📸 Do basic shooting using mobile camera if required. 🧠 Stay updated with trending audios, reel ideas, viral content. 🧑‍💼 Qualifications & Skills:🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate 🎞️ Basic to good video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Kinemaster, Premiere Pro optional) 📱 Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & YouTube 🎨 Basic designing skills preferred (Canva) 🗣️ Good communication & creativity 🌟 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 💰 Salary & Benefits:💵 Attractive salary (as per experience) 🎁 Extra incentives for performance 📈 Growth opportunity in digital marketing 🧑‍🏫 Training support for beginners 📅 Working Days:6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
