Social Media Content Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and emotionally intelligent Content Writer who understands the power of words in driving action. This role is ideal for someone who excels at blending storytelling, buyer psychology, and persuasive writing to create high-impact content that nurtures leads, builds trust, and drives conversions.

As a Conversion-Focused Content Writer, you’ll not only be writing but also strategizing, collaborating, and empathizing with our audience to craft content that effectively guides potential customers through the marketing funnel — from awareness to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Write persuasive and emotionally intelligent copy for multiple formats, including:
• Email follow-ups
• WhatsApp touchpoints
• Voice note scripts
• Video scripts
• Physical mailers
• Research client pain points, objections, and case studies to craft objection-handling content.
• Build and manage 8–12 step lead nurturing sequences.
• Repurpose insights into personalized, conversion-driven content.
• Collaborate with strategy and client servicing teams to brainstorm ideas, hooks, and trust-building communication.
• Ensure content consistency in tone, voice, and engagement across all platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in content writing or copywriting (preferably in B2B or marketing-driven roles).
• Skills & Expertise:
• Deep understanding of buyer psychology and emotional storytelling.
• Strong command of grammar and conversational writing styles.
• Ability to create conversion-focused, persuasive content.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing content and nurturing funnels (preferred).
