Social Media & Content Strategist

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media & Content Strategist to manage the digital presence of Malla Reddy Narayana Hospitals, and Colleges. This role requires someone who is extroverted, idea-driven, and confident interacting with Doctors, Deans, Nurses, and Students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management

- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

- Schedule content, coordinate with design/video team, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

- Content & Reel Ideation

- Develop creative reel concepts, campaign ideas, social media series, and trend-based content.

- Plan and execute storytelling content for Hospitals and academic institutions.

- Work closely with Doctors, Deans, and Students to shoot reels, bytes, and interviews.

- Stakeholder Interaction

- Coordinate with hospital departments, college teams, and medical staff for content requirements.

- Collect bytes, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

- Initiate and execute podcasts or long-form content ideas.

- Reporting & Coordination

- Share weekly content calendars and updates with the Branding & Digital Team.

- Work with performance and design teams for campaign rollouts.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication skills; must be an extrovert and comfortable speaking with senior doctors.

- Good understanding of Instagram trends, healthcare communication, and youth-focused content.

- Ability to conceptualize reels and execute shoots.

- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools for quick edits (optional).

- Ability to manage multiple social media pages simultaneously.
